Rau Ram, Vietnamese Coriander Rau Ram, also known as Vietnamese Cilantro or Coriander, is an essential herb to many authentic Vietnamese dishes. Used as a garnish in soups like Bun Bo Hue, Bun Rieu, and as an accompaniment to hot vin lon , or the Vietnamese equivalent of balut. This aromatic is commonly described to be similar to conventional cilantro, but spicy and with a hint of cumin.
